Freedom of Information ... mechanised?
MySociety, the charity that runs the
TheyWorkForYou.com website has come up an interesting idea. They have already set up a site called
foi.mysociety.org to initiate and track freedom of information (FOI) requests to Government from members of the public, and claim they are setting one up to
do the same aimed at Local Authorities using published information about FOI contact persons.
