Managing Your Mobile Device via OWA

If you have synced a mobile device such as an iPhone or HTC to KLZ E-Mail then you can manage it in your OWA settings.
Click Options in OWA and then Mobile Devices on the left hand bar.

Why Manage Your Device ?

• The most important thing you can do from these settings is wipe your device. If you lose your device you can send a remote signal to wipe the data when it next connects to the internet. This option should obviously only be used when you know you have lost the device as it is data destructive. This option does not render the device wiped, just the data, so think of it as a factory reset.
• Display a recovery password if you have forgotten your PIN.
• Check the status of your device for troubleshooting purposes.
• Remove devices you no longer use (this does not remove data from the device.)
