Science and innovation Investment Framework 2004 - 2014 - next steps

This document explains the government stance on supporting the development of science in schools. It also explains how improving school science should lead to more science graduates and teachers. Ch. 6 is most pertinent to schools but a scan through other sections is quite enlightening. In Ch 6 you'll find some proposed changes to the curriculum offer for science and how science results will be more integral to the performance stats schools publish.
