ARC'S Learning Platform project work is recognised in the Education Guardian 090107

Kent LA was extensively featured in the Education Guardian, 9th Jan 2007's Learning Platform supplement - the day before the launch of the BETT show.

Alan Day, Senior Policy Officer - Digital Curriculum and Donna Rogers Learning Platform Project Manager - CFE's comments made the supplement frontpage.

The extensive features went to four cameo's;

ARC's Early Adopter schools are entering the second phase of the project; Kaleidos and Learning Platform synchronization. A new venture for all even RM are tracking us with interest as they haven't had a pilot group of schools using the Learning Platform to deliver and track Kaleidos VTLE before. Should be interesting!

ARC pupils 'hands on' the Learning Platform at the Rare Breeds Centre.

A workshop of 15 pupils experienced the 'Life cycle of a Butterfly" from fluttering wings in the polytunnel, collaboration through images in the interest group, to activities through the TriEs resources - all on the Learning Platform project.

At the Rare Breeds Centre as part of the Ashford Rural Cluster's "Creative Arts Week" working together theme.
