Reward Survey - tell us what you think

Different people value different things in their employment package, and these may change during the course of their employment. By understanding what is valued most, we can ensure the overall employment package is modern, fit for purpose and meets both business and employee needs over the coming years.

KCC has an extensive range of employee benefits and policies. These play a key role in the way KCC attracts, retains and rewards people like you. We know that a variety of aspects are particularly valued, such as flexible working arrangements and personal development. In order for us to fully understand what you value most within your wider employment package, we want you to have your say as part of the ongoing discussion about how you feel about working for KCC. 
 
Understandably in the current climate, we have been asked to identify savings as part of the review of the employment package, but your views will be taken into account when considering any changes. While we recognise it won’t be possible to please everyone, we want to give all staff the opportunity to have their say.
 
So please take the opportunity to tell us what you think by completing the Reward Survey. You will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for the chance to win one of ten £50 shopping vouchers.
